I am sure that most of the students will be wondering out there or some would be confused about deciding whether CS is your cup of tea or not?..if it is so then you all are as same as me ;)…Well If it is so then this article would help you a lot (Hopefully ;)) to recognize your career choice.
When I completed my graduation, I was confused too about my future career and finally ended up with pursuing CS. During that awkward phase, I applied these basic acid tests and got the right and most suited profession for me when I was in search of it. So let’s get started.
First of all, be retrospective for the time being.Just try to memorize that whether you had any subject related to law either directly or indirectly in college.I had secretarial practice and business law during my graduation due to which I got the slightest idea about this profession and at the same time I realized that I am interested in it.
This is the essential thing which you can try out to let know how much you are interested in law kind of stuff to make rest things simpler.

Secondly, try to recognize your hidden qualities and write it on the paper and analyze it.
Being a CS, you must possess some qualities like being decisive even in a dilemma, Have excellent and efficient conversation skills, Have leadership quality…Sometimes students think that all these necessary self-scrutinies are not at all required to select the profession, but I think and observed that it does help.

Before getting into cs, one thing shall be clear right from the beginning that is as far as cs is concerned it is ALL ABOUT LAW, LAW AND LAW.if you hate law subjects, if you find it disinteresting or bore some then cs might not be a career option for you.

Do you think that after looking at a significant sum or figures you get hyper?Or you don’t understand how to approach it?? Then there is good news for you :o).
CS is 80% theory and 20% practical Moreover in practical there would be 40% theory.
isn’t this good news for those like me? ;). because I hate practical approach.
If you can grasp theory very well and remember it then go for cs 🙂 but if you love practical only then think twice before deciding to pursue cs.
Cs is full up with laws theory, procedural aspects, sections, subsections, case laws and most complicated names of case laws ;). Hence try to find where your ability inclines.practical or theory.

Just examine once how much strong you are mental because from my experience so far I have observed that cs require or any professional exam need much more mental strength than you have thought.
There would be some who would leave all levels in the just first attempt but with most of the students it doesn’t happen so and as they appear for exams for so many attempts they strat feeling frustrated.
so think once if this happens with you then are you strong enough mentally to lift yourself up every time you fall.

Sometimes due to some family reasons or due to financial crisis students can not devote more time for completing time-consuming courses.
As for them getting a job is a priority (here I would like to mention that if you are passionate about something then all these reasons never matter) .
but still let us consider this scenario if this kind of situation is there then try to understand that even if you make all levels in one attempt, you have to devote many years behind clearing all levels, completing necessary training and completing internship…just check once that you are ready to spend more time or not.

Finally, I would suggest you believe in your intuition..belief in your heart and mind.
Try to listen to them and put a question to yourself that what you want to give to your life.
Think about your preferences. Set a goal. Decide to pursue and once decided then never look back and never choose to quit.
No matter how much attempts you have to give. And most importantly whatever you opt to pursue, be passionate about it and just love your passion by heart.
if you do so, you will see that you will not have to find the job, and good package but these two would follow you.
I am sure by now you all would be out of you confusion or are likely to get out of it. Just apply these simple techniques to understand what you want to be or where you look yourself after some years.
I wish you all the best luck for this wonderful journey 🙂
