I also want to mention very important points here don’t think if you are not able to get CS Articleship in Big Companies if you don’t have got good marks in your CS Exam.Marks doesn’t matter only matter is Your knowledge and your communication skill and methods of presentation.and yes,your performance in the interview also matter for big companies.one of my friends have got only 54% marks in CS Exam and he is doing CS Articleship in DLF. and I asked him about how you got article ship in DLF,and I am surprised by his answer.
he told me after clearing interview in DLF, that after clearing my cs exam I haven’t join articleship training for 4 months.I am surprised,and asked what have you done in those 4 months.and he said I just revise the whole syllabus selectively but not all and this give me a Confidence and police my knowledge.

always Make Sure that your dress is well cleaned,pressed and tailored.
and yes,don’t forget a little thing.Shine your shoes, check for loose hems, and make sure your fingernails look manicured. This is the essence that you don’t perpetually think people notice—but they do in Big Companies and Firms!

This is again very important points friends.knowing everything about company or people you face should be the very handful confidence booster job. Spend a few hours learning everything you can about the company—from as many sources as you can. Talk to friends and contacts, read current news releases.by doing so you get larger picture about company
Different company tended to use different interview formats, so ask what you’ll be faced with. For example, some companies will ask case questions or brain teasers while others will give a regular set of typical interview and leadership questions.

♦Research the news, trends, competitors, history, and happenings of the organization and its job sector.
♦Must Review your CV and application form.

♦Well versed in Company law, SEBI guidelines, Tax Laws ( Updated knowledge in these subjects).
♦Good Curriculum Vitae ( Don’t mention unrelated information, do mention your accomplishments, don’t expand your CV).
♦Well Professed ( Don’t forget to wish Good Morning, Can I have a seat, and after your interview gets over a simple thank you with a simple smile).
♦Be Confident (Don’t fear if you don’t know the answer).
♦you must Be aware of current business updates ( Amalgamation & Mergers of recent companies or winding up etc).
♦Don’t try to impress the Interviewer with over acting.
♦Be Faithful and obedient ( i.e don’t argue if you are right, keep your point carefully with an example).
♦as you are fresher they don’t ask you much but do your homework well.
♦Tell them something about your goals, your ambitions. Be cool even if HR loses his.
♦Do not over sympathize on mugging up section number. And When Employer asks you any question. Do not a delusion. Just tell the truth or as much you know.
♦they appreciate you when you ask bare act. One thing that I saw CS is not about mugging up everything and answering at a time. It about takes your time and provides consultancy based on research.
♦Knowledge of listing laws also is a must in case of listed company.
